RR Studio Policies/Procedures for Pilates Studio

Class Size Policy – Maximum class size is 5 for Pilates Reformer Classes.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy – Cancellation and rescheduling of sessions/classes must be done within 24 hours of the session/class start time. Please contact the studio to leave a message. There will be no exceptions to this policy. As a courtesy to the studio, please book sessions/classes around your calendar. If you are not 100% sure that you can attend, do not schedule an appointment.

For your convenience, we offer a one time only option to reschedule a session/class at no charge. We do understand that emergencies come up and we are happy to provide this one time only option.

Expiration Policy – All packages are valid for 90 days from date of purchase. It is your responsibility to abide by and know the expiration date of the packages you have purchased.

Refunds – There are no refunds.

Rapid Rehab International Policies/Procedures for Physical Therapy Studio

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy - All sessions are scheduled by appointment by calling the front desk staff to set up a time. Due to the fact that your session includes the services of a physical therapist and a Pilates trainer, all cancellations/rescheduling must be done within 24 hours of your appointment time. Please contact the office 24/7 to leave a message or speak to the front desk staff. There will be a fee of $65 charged for all cancellations/no shows if not made within the 24 hour period. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
